The site provides users with accurate and current information regarding the services offered by COMPUTEC, regarding the method of contracting them as well as any necessary and useful information for users. To access this site, you do not need to provide us with any personal data. COMPUTEC offers B2B services, strictly to legal entities.
To the extent that you wish to benefit from the services offered by COMPUTEC, we may request identification information in order to draw up the contract between the parties and issue the tax invoices representing the contracted services.

Orders
There is no minimum order requirement. The prices displayed on the site are in Euro.
The 21% VAT is added separately to the final price and is displayed separately. 
The service contract between the parties will be sent after the first order initiated by the beneficiary.

Delivery - Activation - Cancellation of Services
Any order created through this site will be honored only based on the contract created between the parties when placing the first order.
Thus, the activation of the services as well as their cancellation will be made based on the conditions stipulated in the contract.

Payment of Services
Payments will be made by bank transfer or Online Payment in EURO based on the tax invoice that will be issued according to the legislation in force in Romania and sent online.

Copyright
COMPUTEC owns the legal rights to the content of the site, including information about the services offered and any other data and applications presented on the site. These are protected by copyright legislation in force.

Security
Strictly prohibited is the use in bad faith or the voluntary or involuntary abuse of the services offered by COMPUTEC, such as the use of outdated and unsafe programs through which third parties can abusively send SPAM, PHISING, MALWARE messages or the propagation of dangerous scripts on the network. Strictly prohibited is the hosting of illegal content or materials of any kind. COMPUTEC will block access to the affected services until any vulnerability that has affected the proper functioning of the services in question has been identified and removed.
